This project was done for "VIPSA", an engineering company in Monterrey, Mexico. An abandoned house was on the site, which was acquired by the company in order to transform it into the new headquarters as the company was growing. The abandoned house was restored; using the existing structure and some walls as the starting point. Some of the materials were recycled, but the new office's appearance is completely new.

 

The client wanted a minimalist modern design to represent the company's new face. In addition, the client wanted a facade that could be perceived as a house from the exterior, leaving the office environment indoors.
